The organization is run by a dedicated team of local youths and volunteers who believe in collective action to bring positive social change. DYC has organized and implemented several community programs such as awareness campaigns, skill-building workshops, support to disadvantaged groups, and educational initiatives in collaboration with schools and local stakeholders.
